Monday July 26th I was not ther but the Steves were and eager to rejoin the fray. Gordon off to the States and Richard the Med. on a cruise. A local ride from the Fieldhouse to Hockley down the canal to Lapworth then up Erics BW to the motorway (under) then over to the canal at Lowsenford. Down here to the cafe at Hatton and coffee. No accidents but homage made to the spot where Gordon dived in the canal near the Durham Ox. Back up the canal to Hocklet again and no hills I'm told had enough of them on the PBW. Back to the Fieldhouse and 28 miles I'm told back to the old distances. Hope to make good ride next week. JC
